Orbix MWL-Series Welding System
|
|
Ergonomic and functional design.
Binocular stereoscopic viewer with collimator grating to illuminate the working area.
High quality stereoscopic MOTIC.
Optional photo adapter for video-camera or photographic equipment.
Protection of the welding area through the use of inert gas output nozzles.
Possibility of choosing between two types of protection gas (with pre-set connections).
Blowpipe, and relevant connection, for compressed air for the cooling of the welded items.
Illumination of the welding chamber optimised through the use of low-heating dicroic lamp.
Memorisation of 15 personalised working programmes (which can be visualised on the display) plus 1 general programme.
Possibility of inserting a description button for each of the 15 memorised programmes.
Pre-set for smoke evacuation system.
Integrated air-water heat exchanger with sealed circuit (optional external chiller for heavy work cycles).
Ergonomic workstation suited to all requirements.
Laser spot diameter adjustable between 0.25 and 2.5 mm.
Removable front panel for the insertion of bulky objects in the cabin.
Laser energy output electronically controlled through microprocessor.
Broad interactive display.
Welding parameters can be inserted via external keyboard or using the joystick located inside the welding chamber.
The parameters and user messages are visualised on the display.
Two-position footswitch for activating laser and protective gas.
Possibility of selecting the emission of a pulse train with specified characteristics inside a pre-set temporal window ("PULSE FILL" option).
Easy and rapid installation.
Welding chamber of optimum dimensions, with shielded inspection window and convenient, ample and safe hand access.
Sensors, which check the correct closure of the front panel before, laser emission. The laser pulse will only be emitted if the safety conditions are respected, when the user operates the footswitch after activation through the selection of the "LASER ON" and "OPERATE" buttons on the display.
Mechanical safety shutter, removed only during the emission of the laser pulse.
The window of the welding chamber is made of laser light absorbing glass so no laser light can pass the window.
Inside the microscope there is an electronic shutter; the intensive visible light produced by welding is attenuated by this shutter for the duration of the laser pulse.
Complies with all the standards currently in force governing electro-magnetic compatibility, low voltage and safety of the equipment.
